Just moved in, and I absolutely love the place. And Veronica who manages the property has been incredible. My one bedroom unit is very well made, very well laid out, quiet, plenty of closet and cabinet space, inside w/d, quality appliances, the dishwasher is the most quiet I've ever heard, there are even slow closing cabinet doors. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the views, every time I go up and down the stairs to and from my unit, and when I pull out in my car, I look across the expansive Swaner Nature Preserve, to see the entirety of the Park City and Deer Valley ski areas mountain range laid out before me, so beautiful.

We moved to Lincoln Station about six months ago and we are having a good experience at this apartment complex. The location is ideal to commute everywhere in the Park City area, they also have e-bikes and EV chargers! PM Veronica is very kind and helpful, her responsiveness is outstanding from any other manager I have met. Lincoln Station is a very quiet complex to live in. I’ve had the greatest experience living there, very close to ski resorts, plenty of hiking and biking trails. Pros: location, maintenance and management. Veronica is a star! She has been the best manager we have had and she is very easy to communicate with, very kind and has a great smile. Ariel is our new maintenance guy and he has great attitude when addressing any maintenance issues. Great guy! Cons: high rents and additional fees such parking, internet and utilities. I understand this is Park City but it’s hard to afford a place for yourself on one job. My overall recommendation is positive, I like this community, well kept and clean and the interior is even better.

If you’re apartment hunting around Park City, I would strongly encourage you to seriously consider Lincoln Station. For a disclaimer, I have not lived here long. That being said, here are some things I have learned that might serve as a short cut for you: - The vast majority of apartment complexes around Kimball Junction and Park City do not have a/c or fiber optic internet. At Lincoln, you do! Side note, being newer, its visually considerably cleaner than other nearby options. - It is difficult to reach many of the property managers in the area for other apartment complexes, and if you do, they struggle answering basic questions (including even being able to show photos of apartments since their websites don’t actually work). Veronica, the property manager here for Lincoln Station, is nothing short of outstanding. If Lincoln Station ever lost her, I would seriously raise an eyebrow and scrutinize this review heavily. She is knowledgeable of the property and area and even took the time, during a tour, to point out an issue with some of the stairwells that is undergoing repair (some damage due to icing/freezing). - Lincoln Station is very close to biking/walking trails. Kimball Junction in general is just a strip mall formed around an intersection that takes you to SLC (west) or Park City (south), so it has pretty much every basic need 2 minutes away from your doorstep - groceries, post office, whatever. That being said, it is a bit of a downside to hear traffic from your apartment complex — but you get that everywhere else here. I can’t overstate how easy Veronica made it to decide where to choose to live. For the current availability of apartments in the area, Lincoln Station is an obvious choice.

When we arrived our unit was stunning. It’s quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Easy and no stress access to everything, including trails, grocery stores, the main road into park city. Most beautiful design ever of an apartment. High ceilings, large windows, lots of natural light and top of the line cabinetry, counters, etc. Sunken tubs and I absolutely love looking out my balcony and seeing the large open space, sheep, deer, etc. They have worked so hard making improvements. The recent parking change is a big improvement to security. Thank you! Stefany is working very hard and seriously the most luxurious apartment in PC.

It is not right to do unannounced visits. I have never felt safe without a peep hole and it is not right to just pop on in. The place has the phone number of the tenants. Poor management practice to walk in without letting the tenant know in advance. To walk in and ask "um do you have any leaks"...really.....

Everyone I have worked with since moving in have been great! Kristen was great during move in, and Scott the new property manager is very professional and prompt to answer address, and handle any issues that come up! The apartments are brand new and nice- so far this has been an awesome place to live with respectful neighbors, amazing views, and the location is perfect!

When I first moved in, there were a few minor things that needed to be addressed, which one might expect being the first to occupy a brand new space. Kristen was prompt and professional.
