We just moved to Lincoln Station and we have had a great experience since day one. Veronica has been awesome all along the process of getting an apartment. The specials the property offered were hard to pass on. We love our unit, it's very quiet and our neighbors are very respectful. We want to recommend Lincoln Station if you work in Park City, we are enjoying less driving to commute and they offer-bikes during the summer!

Lincoln Station is a very quiet complex to live in. Iâve had the greatest experience living there, very close to ski resorts, plenty of hiking and biking trails. Pros: location, maintenance and management. Veronica is a star! She has been the best manager we have had and she is very easy to communicate with, very kind and has a great smile. Ariel is our new maintenance guy and he has great attitude when addressing any maintenance issues. Great guy! Cons: high rents and additional fees such parking, internet and utilities. I understand this is Park City but itâs hard to afford a place for yourself on one job. My overall recommendation is positive, I like this community, well kept and clean and the interior is even better.

We have been living here for a month now, and from the very beginningâeven during our initial inquiryâMs. Veronica has been exceptionally helpful. She provided us with all the important details and information we needed, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Ms. Veronica, our Property Manager, for consistently taking great care of us. She is always responsive and ensures that everything in our unit is in excellent condition. We were truly impressed with how clean and well-prepared the unit was when we moved inâit looked and felt brand new. Thank you once again to Ms. Veronica and the entire Management team for the outstanding service and warm welcome.

Lincoln Station Apartments is a well maintained community. I have lived here for six months and we feel extremely happy. Everything works in our apartment. Veronica takes good care of our maintenance needs and is very responsive to any concern or anything that needs her attention. I have never felt happier with any management company. Veronica is a great manager for this community.
