If youâre apartment hunting around Park City, I would strongly encourage you to seriously consider Lincoln Station. For a disclaimer, I have not lived here long. That being said, here are some things I have learned that might serve as a short cut for you:
- The vast majority of apartment complexes around Kimball Junction and Park City do not have a/c or fiber optic internet. At Lincoln, you do! Side note, being newer, its visually considerably cleaner than other nearby options.
- It is difficult to reach many of the property managers in the area for other apartment complexes, and if you do, they struggle answering basic questions (including even being able to show photos of apartments since their websites donât actually work). Veronica, the property manager here for Lincoln Station, is nothing short of outstanding. If Lincoln Station ever lost her, I would seriously raise an eyebrow and scrutinize this review heavily. She is knowledgeable of the property and area and even took the time, during a tour, to point out an issue with some of the stairwells that is undergoing repair (some damage due to icing/freezing).
- Lincoln Station is very close to biking/walking trails. Kimball Junction in general is just a strip mall formed around an intersection that takes you to SLC (west) or Park City (south), so it has pretty much every basic need 2 minutes away from your doorstep - groceries, post office, whatever. That being said, it is a bit of a downside to hear traffic from your apartment complex â but you get that everywhere else here.
I canât overstate how easy Veronica made it to decide where to choose to live. For the current availability of apartments in the area, Lincoln Station is an obvious choice.
