Everyone I have worked with since moving in have been great! Kristen was great during move in, and Scott the new property manager is very professional and prompt to answer address, and handle any issues that come up! The apartments are brand new and nice- so far this has been an awesome place to live with respectful neighbors, amazing views, and the location is perfect!

Not worth the price, despite proximity to Park City: - Expensive. $3,600 for a 1420 square foot âtownhome.â In addition, $99 mandatory internet charge for the internet providerâs slowest speed available (videos constantly have buffering), parking will be an additional cost/vehicle, plus any pet fees, water/sewer/trash service, electric and any TV service you choose to utilize. Over-the-air antennas not effective here. - Deceitful. Our unit is advertised as 2,136 square foot. In reality, itâs closer to 1420 square foot of living space. Management includes garage and balconies in square footage (and even then they are overestimating). Mgmt claims to advertise ârentable spaceâ vice finished/living space. Very misleading, at best. - Bedrooms are tiny. We cannot even fit a queen bed and dresser in the room without pushing the bed fully into the corner and flush against the walls and we still do not have full access to open the dresser drawers. - Construction overruns led to cutbacks in the form of cheap cabinets, cheap flooring, deleting all ceiling fans (cover plates over all ceiling fan electrical boxes), deleting vanity lights (cover plate over the electrical box, so only 1 of 2 vanities has a light), deleting towel bars/rings/hooks in bathrooms, and omitting gas utilities (electric only, at residentsâ expense, in form of higher bills). - Electric utilities are extremely high. Owner either installed very low efficiency heat pumps, or units are under-insulated. We keep our thermostat between 62-68 degrees (never higher), all upstairs (3rd floor, bedrooms) vents closed, the lower level mud room wall heater at the lowest possible setting (just enough to prevent freezing pipes) and use an electric fireplace in the living area/main floor to minimize furnace use in the morning/evening, and we still pay $250/mo just for electric. We also keep our water heater on a lower temperature and utilize the âefficiencyâ setting. From talking with other residents, our bill is lower than average. - Residents here have gone rogue and had other residentsâ vehicles towed without warning. Why not just put a note on the windshield, or talk with property manager, and park in one of the many other open spaces until the issue can be resolved? - Several other issues I haven't mentionedâ¦. Bottom line, weâll be moving out at lease term, someone else can overpay for this place.

I wish to post that Kristen, the property manager is excellent! When I first moved in, there were a few minor things that needed to be addressed, which one might expect being the first to occupy a brand new space. Kristen was prompt and professional. She is great to work with and genuinely cares about the tenants. The apartment is very nice as well.
