If i could give negative stars, I would. We were one of if not the first residence to move here in December 2021 even though the apartments were to be ready in the middle of November.and we had to live in a hotel because of âsafety delays and construction issuesâ. We were supposed to get reimbursed for this as we drove from Pennsylvania to live here, never did. We should have ran then. In the 2 years we lived here, we had 5-6 different property managers, no consistent Maintenance personnel, broken pipes, P traps freezing every cold day you could not shower (had to dump antifreeze in bathtub). Bug infestations, balcony was above the ârecyclableâ dumpster that people threw garbage outside of. This lead to fly infestation on our balcony. Other residents simply donât care about the property itâs a garbage dump everywhere. Poor construction, holes in ceiling and water would run down the hallway when it rained. Heat never worked, couldnât get above 65. The most worrisome was the consistent police presence especially on weekends and the 4 attempted break ins in one month in just my apartment. We paid a premium to live here even those most everyone else was subsidized. Thankful we got out and now feel safe. And before we get a response thatâs these no record of us there this account is my maiden last name. There is much better and safer places to live.
