Having never resided at this establishment, I draw upon my background as a former employee of AMC to express my deep disappointment. My attempts to gather essential information about the apartments, such as rental rates and vacancies, have proven extraordinarily challenging. Despite investing four weeks in trying to engage with someone from the management team, my efforts were met with an inexplicable and unprofessional silence.
During my tenure at AMC, we adhered to a firm protocol that necessitated addressing all of the previous day's leads early in the morning, prior to any other tasks. Therefore, the stark contrast in the staff's responsiveness at this location is bewildering.
I am unsure who is responsible for managing this property, but I deem this lack of communication unacceptable from a professional standpoint. It's worth considering whether the property's desirable location in Park City, a region experiencing high demand, has led the management to adopt a selective response system. However, such a system does not excuse or justify their disregard for inquiries. This lack of communication has led to an unfavorable impression, detracting from the overall appeal of this property.
