Iâm not sure words can fully express how grateful I am for Veronica, the Property Manager at Lincoln Station Apartments.
My daughter suffered a stroke during a time when she was preparing to move into the community, and our entire world changed overnight. From the moment Veronica learned what had happened, she showed us a level of compassion and kindness that I will never forget. She was incredibly understanding of our situation, continued to check on my daughter's recovery, and even sent her flowers during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
What touched me the most is that Veronica barely knew us, yet she treated my daughter with such genuine care and concern. She never made us feel like just another prospect or apartment number. She treated us like human beings who were going through something unimaginable.
As my daughter has slowly recovered and started making plans for her future again, Veronica has continued to be patient, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
Veronica, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion, your prayers, and for going above and beyond for my daughter. Your kindness meant more to us than you will ever know. We will forever be grateful to you.
